At Dream Lodge, we aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions our guests have about booking, amenities, safety, and more. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us directly!

General Information

Check-In : 3:00PM
Check-Out : 11:00AM

Bag Deposit Before Check-In : 9:00AM onwards
Laundry : SGD14.00 per basket (Check with Receptionist)

Breakfast : 9:00AM till 11:00AM

Socket/Voltage : International Socket + 220Volt

– Check-In : 3:00PM onwards
– Self Check-In : After 5:00PM (Check Email or Booking Site Message Inbox for Details)
– Full Payment in Singapore Dollar is required upon Check-In (VISA, MASTERS, ALIPAY, PAYNOW, WECHAT PAY, CASH).
– A Valid Photo Identification or Passport is required at Check-In.
– Minimum age for Guests is 5 and above.
– All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
– No Deposit is Required for all reservations at Dream Lodge Singapore
– All Guests will be supplied with 3 items (TOWEL, ACCESS BAND and Locker Keys)

– Check-Out : 11:00AM.
– Late Check-Out is chargeable at at FULL Day’s rate if after 2:00PM
– A Replacement Cost of SGD15 is chargable for Lost/Damage of TOWEL, ACCESS BAND, LOCKER KEYS.

Breakfast (9:00AM to 11:00AM) is included for your stay with us at Dream Lodge Singapore.

All Dream Lodge Hostels are Smoke-Free. You may smoke outside the hostel at level 1.

All Dream Lodge Hostels are equipped with Free High Speed Wifi Internet Access.

Yes, you may return the 3 items (Towel, Access Band, Locker Key) to the reception desk and leave any time before 9:00AM

We Love Pets but They Are Not Allowed in Dream Lodge Hostels due to the diverse profiles of Guests staying with us.

We reserve all the rights to remove guests who do not comply with our policies/rules. If any guests creates disruption or threat to other guests or staff, the reservation will be voided without compensation or reimbursement. Such guests will have to leave the hostel immediately.

Any Late Check-Out or Defaults in Reservation Payment, we will disable your access and remove your belongings from your capsule pod and lockers.

Booking & Reservations

– The Cancellation Policy is depends on the OTAs/Modes used to make the reservation (24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs before arrival, Non-Refundable).
– A Reservation will be charged fully when it is past the free-cancellation period.
– A Cancellation Charge will be levied for an entire reservation and not partial.
– A Cancellation due to infingement of Hostel Rules will be 100% non-refundable. (Example : Bringing Non-Guests into Rooms, Abusive Behaviors, Drunk Behaviours, etc)

– (Before Non-Cancellation Period) Please approach the OTA which you had made the reservation. Dream Lodge is unable to alter any reservation from other OTAs.
– (Within Non-Cancellation Period) Adjustment of Reservation is not allowed as per policy.

Please email us if you are delayed. Any non-communication from guest for delays, we will void the reservation after 2 days of no-show, and the reservation will still be charged and reallocated for booking.

– Walk-ins
– Online OTAs (Agoda, HostelWorld, Airbnb, Booking.com, Traveloka, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Trip.com, Dream Lodge Singapore Website)

– We are sorry but your reservation will be deemed voided and charges will still be levied on your payment mode.

Yes, we do take in group bookings. Please email the respective hostels which you would like to make an enquiry.
For group below 20 pax, please email your enquiry at least 3 months in advance (Best Availability).
For groups above 20 pax, please email your enquiry at least 4 – 6 months in advance (Best Availability).
We are able to provide soft booking up to 3 months in advance.
Reservation is within 2months to check-in date, 100% Non-Refundable deposit will be required.
Reservation is above 2months to check-in date, 50% Non-Refundable deposit will be required.

Capsule Pods are allocated at random by the system based on availability. Any request for change of Capsule Pods will be at a cost of SGD20/-. Any request are not guaranteed.

– Clean Towels are placed on your Mattress Upon Check-In.
– Towels are changeable every two reservation days. Please bring and do a 1 to 1 exchange with the receptionist on duty.
– Towels are NOT to be used for Make-Up removal, Hair Dye, Shaver Cleaning, etc. All Damages to Towels are charged at SGD20.

Our Shower rooms are equipped with Shower Gel and Shampoo. Please bring your Toothbrush and ToothPaste.
